Members of the congregation regularly visit the sick and the homebound with Holy Communion following the Sunday service.

Whether it is a life circumstance, an illness, a hospitalization, or a death in the family, the clergy of Christ Church are available to provide spiritual care and support.
TELECARE
TeleCare is a ministry of prayer and connection. Through this phone ministry all members of the congregation are called on a regular basis to see how they are doing and how we might pray for them. Information shared in these phone calls is held in the strictest confidence.
PRAYER CHAIN
The prayer chain is active in intentional prayer for those requesting prayer as well as giving thanks to God for blessings and answered prayers. Click here to request prayer.
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT LIBRARY
The Christ Church Medical Equipment Library is a lending ministry available for those in need. Equipment includes walkers, wheel chairs and a variety of other equipment. Contact the church office for more information.
PASTORAL MEALS
Christ Church Pastoral Meals Ministry offers meal support to congregants who are recovering from recent surgery, illness, or injuries.
